Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup warm, potable water
- 3 tablespoons of coconut milk powder
- 1/3 cup of old-fashioned oats
- 1 teaspoon of hemp seeds
- 1/3 cup of freeze-dried whole blueberries
Directions:
- Add coconut milk powder to warm water
- Stir or blend until the powder has dissolved
- Add oats and hemp seeds to the mix and stir
- Add blueberries
- Let set overnight and enjoy in the a.m. – refrigerated if you like
Coconut milk powder does not need to be refrigerated (unless otherwise stated on the container) and you can safely keep it at room temperature without worrying about it.
